Rubin Named President-Elect of National Real Estate Group
Read Time: 1 minOn October 22, at the annual meeting of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers held in New York city, Michael H. Rubin was named President-Elect of that group.
The American College of Real Estate Lawyers is a national invitation-only organization of lawyers distinguished for their skill, experience and high standards of professional conduct in the practice of real estate law and who, in addition to having a real estate practice recognized at the national level, have taught, given speeches, or written about real estate issues.
Rubin, a senior partner in the firm of McGlinchey Stafford, has published extensively about real estate and lending issues, and his works have been cited by state and federal courts. He also has spoken nationally about real estate issues and has taught real estate and finance as an adjunct professor for more than 25 years at the LSU Law School.
