Stoecker Named to 2025 Super Lawyers Florida Rising Stars

McGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce that Charles E. Stoecker, Member in the firm’s Tampa office, has been named to the Super Lawyers 2025 Florida Rising Stars List.

Chase is a versatile attorney whose practice spans labor and employment, litigation counsel, and financial services with a particular focus on the cannabis industry. In his employment practice, Chase drafts and advises on documentation such as employee handbooks, compensation, and non-compete agreements. In his broad commercial litigation practice, Chase works with clients in business disputes, from breach of contract actions to property management and premises liability. He also represents financial institutions in contested mortgage foreclosure actions (both commercial and residential), and defends actions involving consumer protection statutes. He has been recognized in Florida Rising Stars since 2018.

The 2025 Florida Rising Stars list recognizes the top 2.5% of lawyers in the state who are 40 years old or younger or have been in practice 10 years or fewer. Since its founding in 1991, Super Lawyers has named outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. To be included in a state publication, lawyers are subject to nomination, a peer-review survey by practice area, and independent research on candidates. No more than the top 5% of attorneys in each state, as nominated by their peers, are then reviewed by an independent research team that focuses on professional accomplishments, peer recognition, and community involvement.
