Robert Savoie (Cleveland), Sandy Shatz (Irvine), Tom Hanson (Dallas), Jeff Barringer (Albany), and Brian Fink (Washington, DC) edited Chapter 6, “Transactions Involving Real Estate and Dwellings,” of the ABA’s 2018 Supplement to The Law of Truth in Lending, released in March of 2018, which outlines updates, developments, and changes since the previous edition was released in 2015. Chapter 6 included extensive substantive updates to account for the 2014 and 2015 changes to Regulation Z.
