Represented the owner and general contractor in construction-related litigation arising from the construction of a $350-million mixed-use development. Numerous liens and lawsuits were filed against the owner and the general contractor by multiple subcontractors in state and federal court. These claims involved a number of complex construction issues, including differing site conditions, delay damages, design defects, nonconforming work, and terminations.
