Marshall Grodner and Mike Rubin served as local Louisiana counsel to Saban Real Estate in connection with its acquisition of numerous apartment complexes located throughout the United States. Four of the properties were located in Baton Rouge. The total acquisition costs for the Baton Rouge properties were close to $100 million. Sam Bacot and Rudy Aguilar III served as title insurance agents in connection with the acquisition.
