I enjoy getting to understand my clients' day-to-day operations and advising them on how to define and efficiently attain their goals. Whether it concerns a new, prospective acquisition, or complex litigation, my role is to manage and continually reassess their legal risk, and explore ways in which to mitigate that risk as the matter develops. Ultimately, it is my job to get the best results for my clients, and learning their business is always a key component to that success.
