I enjoy getting to understand my client’s day to day operations and advising it how to define and efficiently attain its goals. Whether it concerns a new, prospective acquisition, or complex litigation, my role is to manage and continually reassess its legal risk, and explore ways in which to mitigate that risk as the matter develops. Ultimately, it is my job to get the best result for the client and learning its business is always a key component to that success.
