Having spent my career working in a professional service environment, I have always enjoyed the challenge and reward of working with other professionals. I’m proud to be part of the administrative leadership team, where we run the business operations of the firm as effectively and efficiently as possible, in order to facilitate our lawyers and their teams to provide the highest level of legal services for our clients.
Al Thomas is the firm’s Executive Director of Administration and works in the New Orleans office. In this position, Al works closely with both the attorney and administrative leadership team, as well as working directly with individual attorneys to support them and the growth of their legal practices. Additionally, he collaborates with the leadership of the firm in the development and execution of the firm’s growth strategy. Since his start with McGlinchey, the firm has grown from a five office regional firm to a fifteen office national firm.
Prior to serving in this position, Al was the CFO of McGlinchey for five years, and also has experience working for a global public accounting firm.
