Alexcia Perilloux represents financial services clients in a wide range of litigated issues, including mortgage lending, automobile lending and finance, and creditors’ rights issues, as well as commercial litigation.
In previous compliance roles with a multinational automotive company and an aerospace company, Alexcia revised, drafted, and helped to implement operation and maintenance agreements and managed diverse contract portfolios. In her work in college athletic compliance, she has successfully appealed NCAA decisions that negatively impacted athletes’ ability to balance school and sports. She has interned in the U.S. Congress for the Honorable Steve Scalise, then Republican Whip, and for The Honorable Raymond Steib, 24th U.S. Judicial District Court in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.
With experience ranging from contracts, compliance, and transactional support to appeals, Alexcia is a strategic lawyer who always prioritizes her clients. Her transactional background makes her particularly effective in litigation involving complex contracts and concepts.
