As a valued member of McGlinchey’s administrative team, Anne Leche has spent a career in legal and medical administration. As a regional administrator managing six offices, including McGlinchey’s largest and busiest, Anne manages myriad daily tasks to ensure our employees are equipped to deliver excellent client service seamlessly.
With unrivaled people skills and attention to detail, Anne works closely with firm administrative and office leadership to oversee processes and functions ranging from hiring, staffing, equipment, and budgets to employee and client-facing educational, networking, social, and special events. (Based in New Orleans, Anne manages operations for McGlinchey’s signature client conference and has planned week-long client events in conjunction with Jazz Fest.) In her role, coordination is key, and Anne excels at and enjoys working with various teams across the firm to ultimately make the attorneys’ and professionals’ jobs easier and more efficient. A consummate connector, Anne is known for spotting a need and assembling a team to create a plan to address it.
Firmwide, Anne’s congenial nature paired with her intimate knowledge of McGlinchey’s employees, goals, and activities make hers a vital voice in internal committees, processes, and communications. In the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, Anne was a crucial member of the “Be Well, Stay Well” committee. That group convened daily to make real-time decisions and produced a daily email newsletter that kept employees updated on firm policies and finances, as well as health trends across our footprint and wellness tips to keep employees healthy, engaged, and informed despite distance. That publication went out for 151 editions and paved the way for the firm’s current internal newsletter, The Sidebar, the planning of which Anne still leads. She is also a charter member of McGlinchey’s Wellness Works committee, born out of the “Be Well, Stay Well” efforts, which promotes employee wellness through various programs aimed at connectivity, education, and camaraderie.
