My curiosity, ability to empathize, and persuasive writing style allow me to get to the bottom of an issue quickly and package a resolution in a way that is understood and achieves my desired outcome. I use the same approach when handling a new matter.
Bianca Badurina assists clients in a wide range of liability litigation. She has insurance defense experience in property and casualty litigation. Bianca’s matters range from insurance coverage and general civil litigation to personal injury, premises liability, products liability, workplace injury, and workers’ compensation claims.
During law school, Bianca interned for the Hon. James L. Dennis in the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. As a student attorney in the Tulane Criminal Justice Clinic, she is particularly proud of a letter she helped draft to the Governor advocating for the release of a non-unanimously convicted and incarcerated domestic violence survivor, who was ultimately granted clemency.
Prior to joining the legal industry, Bianca gained invaluable experience in the dynamic field of politics as a White House Intern and associate. There, she earned a first-hand perspective on the inner workings of creating the national policy that shapes our legal framework.
