Brooke Turner Bautista is Of Counsel in McGlinchey’s Cleveland office. Her practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on consumer finance, commercial, and business litigation. Brooke also has experience in the areas of insurance defense and employment litigation.
Brooke also represents businesses in general litigation including breach of contract, tort, and employment discrimination matters.

In her representation of banks, finance companies, and other lending institutions, Brooke handles state and federal litigation, arbitrations, and mediations involving all areas of consumer finance. She has experience with claims involving various state and federal statutes and common law including the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act (HOEPA), Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), and many others.
