Bryan Kostura is an experienced trial attorney who represents both publicly traded and private companies in civil litigation matters. His trial practice includes consumer financial services litigation, including mortgage banking litigation and cases involving the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Bryan also advises on commercial and business disputes, contract litigation, tort and negligence actions, temporary restraining orders, real estate litigation, creditors’ rights actions, and construction litigation.
In addition to his litigation practice, Bryan counsels financial institutions and other entities on day-to-day legal advice on contracts, negotiations, and advice on risk analysis and litigation avoidance strategies. Bryan has also advised and defended clients on white collar criminal and investigatory matters in addition to building, zoning, and municipal matters.
Bryan’s clients include Fortune 500 financial institutions, Fortune 100 companies, and other national and international businesses.
A Major in the United States Army Reserves, Bryan is the Deputy Regional Defense Counsel for the Central Region in the 16th Legal Operations Detachment. Previously, he was a Captain on active duty stationed at Fort Drum, New York, where he prosecuted and defended soldiers in criminal and administrative matters.
