Bryan is an experienced trial attorney, problem solver, negotiator, and corporate generalist. He represents publicly traded companies, financial institutions, and private companies in civil litigation matters. He also represents businesses in regulatory business issues and assists in corporate and commercial transactions.
His trial practice includes consumer financial services litigation, including mortgage banking litigation and cases involving the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Bryan takes a lead role in creating solutions for complex commercial and business disputes, contract litigation, tort and negligence actions, temporary restraining orders, real estate litigation, employment agreements, zoning disputes, code enforcement, and white collar criminal actions. He also focuses a great deal of time defending class action claims involving the FDCPA, TCPA, RESPA, and TILA allegations.
In addition to his litigation practice, Bryan counsels financial institutions and other entities providing day-to-day legal advice on contracts, policies, risk analysis, and litigation avoidance strategies. Further, Bryan drafts and negotiates commercial contracts involving RISA and the UCC.
A Major in the United States Army Reserves, Bryan is the Deputy Regional Defense Counsel for the Central Region in the 16th Legal Operations Detachment. Previously, he was a Captain on active duty stationed at Fort Drum, New York, where he prosecuted and defended soldiers in criminal and administrative matters.
