Eliska Plunkett is the firm’s Director of Human Resources and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. She works in the New Orleans office.
Eliska manages and oversees the administration of HR policies, programs, and practices within the firm. This includes recruitment and retention initiatives, orientation programs, staff salary administration and performance standards, employee relations, onboarding, and communications. Eliska also assists with the development of firm benefits programs and provides support for the firm’s regional administrators with respect to HR issues as they arise.
Prior to serving as the Director of Human Resources, Eliska was a practicing attorney with McGlinchey for more than a decade. Her practice concentrated on the areas of labor and employment law. Prior to practicing law, Eliska was a management and human resources professional.
