My primary goals are to communicate clearly between parties and set realistic expectations. This builds an understanding so that clients trust my judgment. My background is in consumer debt collection litigation, where forcing a resolution that is not sustainable for a debtor isn’t a good outcome for my client either; it will only result in another default. In these scenarios, transparency and realism win the day, so those principles guide my approach. I try to stay optimistic – there’s no problem that can’t be solved.
