Since watching courtroom dramas as a child, I’ve always known I wanted to be a lawyer. Litigation requires a degree of storytelling, and my creative writing and research background equips me to present persuasive, concise, and engaging arguments on my clients’ behalf. Each matter gives me a chance to put on my Sherlock Holmes hat, pull out my magnifying glass, and uncover all of the elements at play so I can tell the full story.
Jaina Green represents the firm’s clients with a focus on insurance coverage defense and products liability. Given her strong background in writing and research, she works to protect clients against plaintiffs’ claims and affords clients a proper, skilled defense under the law.
Prior to joining McGlinchey, Jaina clerked for multiple commercial defense firms, where she gained exposure and experience in legal research, drafting memoranda, and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings. During law school, she interned at Southeast Louisiana Legal Services legal aid center and worked for the Southern University Board of Student Advisors.
A strategic thinker who goes the extra mile, Jaina provides detailed and carefully-reviewed work, whether in written advocacy, research, or arguing zealously for the client. She enjoys challenges that force her out of her comfort zone and thrives on collaborating with colleagues and clients to apply creative problem-solving and offer fresh perspectives.
