Litigation was always my goal, but after taking a Torts class in law school, I knew I wanted to work with negligence claims. I am a hard worker and a fast learner, and in my practice so far, I’ve been proud of my ability to maintain good client relations and work well with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel alike.
Katherine Kovach is an experienced litigator who focuses on defending clients against liability claims related to insurance coverage, mass torts, and products and premises liability.

The interpersonal aspects of the law motivate Katherine in this line of work. She prides herself on working meticulously with clients to determine the best strategies and outcomes given the circumstances of each case and reach a beneficial resolution.
Before practicing, Katherine interned for the Hon. Jay Zainey in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and for the Hon.
