Kelly serves as Director of Client Development & Strategic Initiatives, where she spearheads client feedback and engagement initiatives across the firm’s footprint. Kelly drives strategies that amplify the client voice and scale business development results. She also leads business development efforts for the Financial Institutions Compliance team and co-chairs the firm’s signature event, the Consumer Finance Legal Conference.
Leading programs from client and industry teams to business development plans and client conversations, Kelly is known for her ability to synthesize client commentary into actionable initiatives. She focuses on developing customized, novel programs at the intersection of client experience and business strategy.
Guided by a deep understanding of both systems and individuals, Kelly connects ideas and people to design innovative, customized plans for clients and teams alike. She is known for asking the right questions, drawing unexpected connections, and delivering practical insights based on the unique goals and strengths of each stakeholder.
Kelly’s diverse background spans marketing, business development, and operations across legal services, healthcare, and technology. With previous experience in business development for large and regional law firms and marketing in one of the nation’s largest hospital systems, she applies her unique perspective to solving the firm’s – and its clients’ – problems.
