Margaret Davis advises a wide variety of businesses in insurance regulatory as well as corporate and transactional matters. She focuses on assisting insurance producers with licensing and compliance. Margaret also assists providers with structuring programs and compliance for motor vehicle and consumer ancillary or voluntary protection products.

In the broader corporate realm, Margaret assists businesses of all sizes and kinds in various entity formation, corporate governance, and business contractual and due diligence matters. She prides herself on getting to know her clients and how their businesses operate in order to formulate a strategy that helps move them from where they are to where they want to be.

With a background in litigation, Margaret understands the importance of protecting a client’s interests, keeping an eye on the fundamentals of each deal or matter. She has experience ranging from construction law to insurance coverage defense.

During law school, Margaret completed internships for the Hon. Robert H. Walker in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi in Gulfport, and in the Gulfport City Attorney’s office.
