I describe myself as a modern day Abraham Lincoln. Abe was a circuit attorney and took all kinds of cases, including civil, criminal, and even patent cases. I pride myself on anticipating what people are going to do before they do it – whether that’s clients, opposing counsel, judges, or juries. This allows me to stay ahead of, and potentially mitigate, certain actions and to stop a client from potentially damaging a case. Clients appreciate this foresight that typically equips me to give them an accurate roadmap of what to expect if we make a certain action.
