Paula Spiller supports attorney hiring for all of the firm’s practice groups across McGlinchey’s national footprint. She identifies, screens, and presents attorney candidates to the hiring team, coordinates interviews, and handles other due diligence.
With a focus on efficient and effective attorney recruitment, Paula creatively and proactively identifies and recruits qualified potential hires. In service of the firm’s overall office and practice group objectives, she fields internal referrals and leads, researches targets and prospects, and leverages social networks such as LinkedIn.
Prior to joining McGlinchey, Paula worked for more than six years as a legal recruiter and for nearly two years as a practicing litigation attorney. This background positions her to pinpoint the key qualities required for a role, and to adeptly evaluate a candidate for each given position.
