Shannon Sale is a trial litigator in the firm’s New Orleans office. Her practice is broad and diverse, covering the areas of general labor and employment, worker’s compensation, asbestos litigation, insurance coverage, maritime transactions and personal injury, construction litigation, premises liability, and environmental and toxic exposure. She has successfully appeared in numerous courts throughout Louisiana.
As a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Group, Shannon has experience defending clients in employment discrimination and retaliation matters and has counseled clients in employment policies and procedures and general federal and state legal compliance, as well as general policies and procedures in the workplace.
As a member of the firm’s Asbestos and Toxic Torts Group, Shannon has experience defending premises owners of industrial facilities, including chemical and power plants, against claims involving asbestos, mesothelioma, and lung cancer.
Through her work with the Insurance Defense and Coverage Group, Shannon has directly represented insurers defending coverage claims made against various types of insuring agreements, including CGL policies, standard auto policies, and environmental and pollution policies.
