Stacey Fuller’s practice focuses on negotiating and documenting commercial bilateral and syndicated loans secured by real estate, vessels, aircraft, equipment, and other personal property, as well as negotiating and documenting distressed loan workouts. In addition to being licensed to practice in Texas, she is also a qualified Australian barrister and solicitor.
Stacey also assists with general commercial litigation and commercial bankruptcies and reorganizations, representing financial institutions across all aspects of Chapter 11 proceedings including advising on secured and unsecured recoveries.
Prior to joining the firm, Stacey worked in-house for a leading U.S. national bank, where she helped to solve a variety of legal and business issues involving the bank’s distressed middle market, energy, and maritime portfolios, while also documenting distressed workouts.
In Australia, Stacey was a barrister and solicitor at a major firm where her practice focused on large-scale commercial litigation involving insolvency, securities lending, mining, native title, intellectual property, and contractual disputes.
