I represent several clients as an outside general counsel so, in addition to my litigation experience, I bring a business perspective with risk management in mind to my work. When possible, I help my clients avoid litigation. But when it’s necessary, my clients know I am a strong and experienced advocate for them. I manage litigation with my client’s long-term business objectives in mind.
