A tenacious project manager, Susan distills key concepts and coaches attorneys to develop thoughtful game plans for relationship management and client engagement.
With experience as a morning show producer, Deputy Chief of Staff and Communications Director for the City Council President, and Director of Operations and Business Development in the architecture sector, Susan excels at connecting people and ideas. With her creative problem-solving, resourcefulness, and proactive attitude, she blends strategy and ingenuity to convert challenges into opportunities.
A consummate collaborator, Susan contributes to McGlinchey’s one-of-a-kind culture as a founding member of the firm’s Ministry of Fun (MOF). She drives meaningful and inclusive opportunities for employees to connect and engage across McGlinchey’s footprint. Her favorite MOF initiative is the annual SNACKET competition.
