Taylor Watts focuses her practice on representing businesses in complex civil litigation across Texas. She handles a broad range of cases, including construction, transportation, products liability, premises liability, and other serious personal-injury claims.
Prior to joining McGlinchey, Taylor worked as a prosecutor. In this role she drafted briefs; argued motions, contested hearings, and bond revocations; and took cases to trial. In addition to honing her research and organizational skills, Taylor’s time as a prosecutor gave her the opportunity to make start-to-finish case evaluations. It also equipped her with extensive courtroom experience which allows her to present her clients’ position before judges and juries with confidence and ease.
Always conducting complete but efficient analyses to inform herself on every matter, Taylor then places a premium on clear, concise client communication. She prides herself on her excellent interpersonal skills, honed through her government experience.
