As Marketing Technology Specialist, E. Tucker Plunkett is the data wizard behind McGlinchey’s client relationship management (CRM) software, website, email marketing, written and digital media thought leadership, and client webinars. She plays a key role in event promotion and management for virtual and in-person gatherings, both internal and client-facing.
Whether running the firm’s client gift program (including the shipment of thousands of King Cakes around the world every Mardi Gras), customizing small dinner experiences for hundreds of attendees at the firm’s signature Consumer Finance Legal Conference, or bringing multi-channel marketing campaigns (like the Deep Dive into Consumer Finance series) to life, Tucker keeps the trains running and reinforces McGlinchey’s sophisticated brand.
Bringing a thoughtful perspective, laser focus, and a macro-level understanding to each task and discussion, Tucker is an asset to various teams and functions at McGlinchey. She meets challenges with creative determination. Her previous roles spanned communications and public relations for a health care technology start-up and running remote testing operations and accreditation compliance for a dental college during the COVID-19 pandemic.
