With experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides, I bring a balanced perspective to each case, helping clients navigate claims strategically and efficiently through thorough legal research, clear communication, and practical problem-solving.
Zain represents clients in a wide variety of civil and commercial litigation. Some of his frequent matters include homeowners association (HOA) and landlord/tenant issues, environmental and toxic tort claims, alleged construction defects, employment law, trade secrets, trademarks, and copyrights, and business torts. He has worked on both sides of personal injury cases, including matters involving catastrophic injury, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and wrongful death.
Zain’s background is diverse and practical—he’s worked on both sides of litigation, supported attorneys through trial as a paralegal for nearly a decade, and managed full-time work during undergraduate study, a paralegal program, and law school. That experience taught him how to think several steps ahead, manage time under pressure, and see a case from every angle.
This outlook positions Zain to anticipate opposing arguments, understand the motivation behind claims, and build stronger defenses as a result. He brings a deep respect for the power of legal research and meticulous preparation—and he knows how to translate complex legal doctrines into clear, actionable advice for clients.
Originally, Zain joined McGlinchey as a paralegal during law school. Prior to his legal career, he taught high school speech and debate and elementary science.
