My business degree and in-house experience afford me a broad perspective on how smart compliance programs can play a critical role in serving a company’s ultimate objectives.

Wendy Lin works with McGlinchey’s regulatory compliance attorneys to keep the team abreast of updates in the regulatory and legislative landscapes that may impact financial services clients.

With previous roles as in-house counsel and compliance consultant for global technology companies, Wendy has a unique perspective on the balance between promoting business interests and reducing legal risks, especially in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. She also holds an MBA and has handled global trademark licensing as well as transactions and contracts. In these positions spanning various in-house departments, Wendy earned a reputation as a strong communicator who facilitates open dialogue to advance mutual goals.

Rooted in her passion for legal research, Wendy prides herself on spotting issues, asking the right questions, and deploying the best combination of tools and tactics to fully analyze an issue. She harnesses the power of research to support McGlinchey’s compliance team and clients in sound legal decision-making.
