Anthony Rollo Appointed to Advisory Board of BNA’s Class Action Litigation Report
Read Time: 1 minMcGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce that Anthony Rollo has been appointed to the Advisory Board of the Bureau of National Affairs’ Class Action Litigation Report, a distinguished panel of national experts who represent plaintiffs and defendants in class action matters. Mr. Rollo is head of McGlinchey Stafford’s Class Action Defense team and is based in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, Louisiana.
Mr. Rollo has represented class action defendants in approximately 200 class action matters in federal, state and bankruptcy courts and in class arbitration actions in 25 states. He has also served as National Coordinating Counsel in Multi District Litigation proceedings. He is regularly sought out and quoted by various publications relating to class action topics. Mr. Rollo has published numerous articles relating to class actions and the Class Action Fairness Act (CAFA) and is Co-Editor in Chief of the CAFA Law Blog. He is frequently invited to speak at leading national forums and industry trade group meetings on cutting edge topics related to class action litigation. He also has been a member of the Editorial Board of the Consumer Financial Services Law Report published by Thomson Reuters Westlaw for many years. He has been recognized by his peers by being repeatedly named to the list of Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Banking & Finance and Mass Tort Litigation and Louisiana Super Lawyers in the fields of Class Action and Mass Torts.
