Forum on Revitalizing Communities and Forging New Partnerships
Dana Carrera, Roshene Kemp (New York City), and Jeff Barringer (Albany) served on the Loan Servicing & Planning Committee for the New York Mortgage Bankers Association (NYMBA) “Forum on Revitalizing Communities and Forging New Partnerships” in Albany, NY on March 18. The event, held prior to the NYMBA’s annual advocacy conference, featured leaders in the fields of mortgage loan servicing, fast-track foreclosure law, property preservation, and real estate. Neighborhood reinvestment and tools to rehabilitate properties were explored, and attendees included State and local elected officials, municipalities, housing advocates, mortgage lenders and those concerned with improving communities in New York. Dana also served as a panelist at the forum.
