Auto Finance Summit Las Vegas, NV Mark Edelman (Cleveland) will moderate a session during the Auto Finance Summit on Oct. 29 called “Lessons Learned From FTC Enforcement Actions”. FTC Acting Assistant Director Maricela Segura will delve into recent cases related to the FTC Act, TILA and Reg M. The session will cover violations that pertain to consumer credit and leasing, as well as document manipulation and misrepresentation.
