• Kyle A. Ferachi and Jonathan G. Wilbourn, Baton Rouge, LA
• Kari S. Robinson, Houston, TX

Kyle A. Ferachi is a member in the firm’s Baton Rouge, Louisiana office and practices in the labor and employment law section. Ferachi defends private employers against various allegations of violations of federal and state statutes governing discrimination, harassment, whistle-blower claims, OSHA complaints and non-compete agreements. In addition to his labor and employment practice, Ferachi regularly defends property owners regarding premises liability claims. Ferachi received his Juris Doctor degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center of Louisiana State University in 2001 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana Tech University in 1998. Kari S. Robinson is a member in the firm’s Houston, Texas office. Robinson primarily handles commercial litigation matters, with a focus on consumer finance litigation, representing a variety of clients from consumers and small businesses to larger corporations and financial institutions. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 1997 and her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Texas A&M University in 1994. Jonathan G. Wilbourn is a member in the firm’s Baton Rouge, Louisiana office. His primary emphasis is on commercial litigation, with a focus on consumer financial services litigation and business litigation. Wilbourn received his Juris Doctor degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center of Louisiana State University in 2001 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University in 1997.
