As Regional Administrator of the Seattle and Washington, DC offices, Lori Graff provides management and oversight of all of the offices’ functions and processes.
Lori’s role entails managing the day-to-day operations in her offices, keeping everyone coordinated in order to provide excellent client service. Her many responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, procedures, software and systems, and maintaining a cohesive office culture.
McGlinchey was Lori’s first corporate job and she has been with the firm for over two decades. She originally worked as a Practice Group Assistant before being promoted to Legal Assistant in her first year.
