Kelly Lipinski (Cleveland) will co-present an American Financial Services Association (AFSA) webinar on the recent Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) litigation and the TCPA regulations that went into effect in October. The webinar will provide an overview of the TCPA and discuss auto-dialers, the capacity issue, prior express consent and revocation of consent, vicarious liability, and AFSA’s efforts related to the TCPA.
