Consumer Practice Workshop: Post-Filing Issues

On Wednesday, March 30, 2022, Rudy Cerone (New Orleans) will participate in a Consumer Practice Workshop during the 2022 Alexander L. Paskay Memorial Bankruptcy Seminar in Tampa, Florida.

The workshop will focus on post-filing issues, including student loan strategies, tax issues, dealing with the chapter 7 trustee and violations of the discharge injunction, and will include an update on Taggart. This is a follow-up session to an earlier session on pre-filing issues, which will cover the CARES Act, chapter 13 and nondischargeability issues, and pre-bankruptcy planning and fees for secured creditors.
