“We are proud to promote such an accomplished and talented group of lawyers to membership in our firm,” said Rudy Aguilar, Managing Member of McGlinchey Stafford. “These nine lawyers are representative of our steadfast commitment to the success of our clients and communities across the United States.” Bickford represents management and employers in labor and employment matters, including litigation, and provides general labor and employment law advice. She received her J.D. from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 1986 and her B.A., cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans in 1983. Couch’s practice includes advising banks and other financial institutions in regulatory and operational matters, compliance, and commercial lending transactions, and privately held companies in corporate, capital markets, and commercial transactions. A 2002 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, Couch received his MBA with honors from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management in 2015. Freeman represents banks and other financial services clients in connection with commercial and corporate lending and related activities. He received his LL.M. from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1994, his J.D. from the South Texas College of Law in 1993, and his B.B.A. in Management and Finance from Baylor University in 1982. Grimsley’s practice primarily focuses on the representation of clients in the financial services industry in commercial and consumer financial services litigation, real estate, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Florida Coastal School of Law in 2010 and his B.A. in Biological Sciences from Clemson University in 1998. With an extensive background in complex litigation, Hamburg represents clients in mortgage banking litigation, commercial and business disputes, tort and negligence actions, consumer financial services litigation, construction, real estate litigation, corporate governance and partnership disputes, labor and employment, products liability, and trade secret litigation. He received his J.D. from the Western State University College of Law in 2006 and his B.A. from St. Lawrence University in 2001. Israel maintains a focus on business litigation, representing businesses in litigation tangential to day-to-day business operations and in bankruptcy matters. She is a 1994 graduate of the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law. Israel received her B.A. in Psychology from Vanderbilt University in 1991. McGrath has almost two decades of commercial litigation experience including handling landmark patent litigations, complex antitrust matters and labor disputes. Most recently, he has focused on representation of financial institutions, including mortgage loan servicers, in a variety of litigation matters involving mortgage servicing, lender liability, and consumer protection statutes. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from The State University of New York, University at Buffalo Law School in 2000, and his B.A. from The State University of New York at Geneseo in 1996. Sandy’s practice focuses on representing clients in consumer financial services, business litigation, and commercial litigation. A 2008 graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law, he received his B.A. in Communication Management, cum laude, from the University of Dayton in 2005. Savoie focuses his practice on the representation of financial institutions with respect to banking and consumer financial services regulatory compliance. He received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2010 and his B.B.A. in Managerial Finance and Banking Finance, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi in 2007.
