The award was given at the association’s annual conference on Thursday in Cleveland.
This is the second national recognition that Cerone and McGlinchey’s Creditors’ Rights Team have earned for their work on the Acadiana Management Group (AMG) turnaround project. He received the award along with financial advisors and counsel for the debtor, the plan sponsor, and the unsecured creditors committee, who also worked to bring the AMG Chapter 11 case to a successful conclusion.
