I've worked for McGlinchey for more than 15 years and have accumulated a wealth of institutional knowledge about our firm, our culture, and our people. I love being able to share my McGlinchey story with candidates and showcase how much the firm values its employees.

Jessica Falati works under the supervision of the Director of Talent Acquisition to support attorney hiring across all of the firm’s offices and practice groups in our national footprint. She helps to facilitate all aspects of attorney hiring, from drafting job descriptions, reviewing resumes, and conducting phone screenings to performing background checks and other due diligence tasks throughout the offer, acceptance, and follow-up stages.

Jessica plays a key role in the firm’s summer associate program, coordinating with law schools across the country to set up on-campus interviews and working with attorneys and office management to conduct in-office interview programs. Jessica also maintains the firm’s recruiting statistics and prepares reports, surveys, and presentations as needed, such as the firm’s responses for the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) annual Survey of Legal Employers.

Jessica also assists with administrative and professional staff hiring and collaborates with firm management and other administrative departments, including Human Resources and Business Development, for special events and projects.
