Patricia Lindholm works under the supervision of the Director of Talent Acquisition to support attorney hiring for all of the firm’s practice groups across our national footprint. She identifies, screens, and presents attorney candidates, coordinates interviews, and handles other due diligence tasks.
With a focus on organizing and executing targeted recruitment campaigns, Patricia works to creatively and proactively recruit potential hires. In service of the firm’s overall office and practice group objectives, she fields internal referrals and leads, researches targets and prospects, and leverages social networks such as LinkedIn.
For eight years before joining McGlinchey, Patricia worked in legal and government recruiting. Flexibility, efficiency, and excellent communication position her to seamlessly juggle the numerous positions, timelines, and milestones in motion at any given time.
