McGlinchey Stafford Adds Accomplished Commercial Litigator to Washington DC Office
Read Time: 1 minMcGlinchey Stafford PLLC is pleased to announce that Megan Starace Ben’Ary has joined the firm’s Consumer Financial Services Litigation and Commercial Litigation teams in Washington, DC as a Member (Partner).
Megan brings extensive experience within the consumer credit, mortgage, and debt collection industries, representing clients in individual and class action litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels. Prior to joining McGlinchey Stafford, she was a partner at LeClairRyan PLLC. She is licensed in Virginia and the District of Columbia, and earned a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.

Megan joins former LeClairRyan colleagues Mikelle Bliss, Shanna Boughton, Helen Mosothoane, and Patrick Voke in McGlinchey Stafford’s offices in New York City and Dallas, as well as the firm’s newly-established Boston office, which Boughton and Voke opened in June.
