McGlinchey Stafford PLLC announced today that the firm is listed as leading outside counsel to 12 of the Fortune 500 companies, according to Corporate Counsel magazine’s October 2015 special report, “Who Represents America’s Biggest Companies.”
McGlinchey Stafford is listed in the areas of Contracts Litigation, Labor and Employment, and Torts Litigation for Fortune 500 company clients, seven of which are in the Fortune 100. The firm’s inclusion on the list represents a snapshot of the firm’s work within the retail, financial services, manufacturing, and transportation industries, as well as for industrial conglomerates.
“We’re well aware that the legal services industry is increasingly competitive and that companies have even greater choice among law firms to represent them,” said Rudy Aguilar, Managing Member of McGlinchey Stafford. “It is an honor and a privilege to represent each of these companies on Corporate Counsel’s list. As a firm, we remain committed to delivering exceptional client service to all our clients across the United States,” he added.
To develop the list of law firms representing Fortune 500 companies, Corporate Counsel’s editorial group searched Lexis CounselLink and other public records to find outside counsel used for key litigation areas, with corresponding “nature of suit” (NOS) codes, to determine which law firms represent America’s largest corporations. The report covers the areas of Contracts Litigation, Labor Litigation, Torts Litigation, Intellectual Property Litigation, and Labor/Employment Law.
