Litigation is a competitive long game with many pitfalls along the way. I play to win and believe my clients deserve someone to advocate fiercely on their behalf every step of the way. It is equally important to counsel my clients on all the risks attendant to litigation. Each client has unique circumstances that must be considered in developing cost-efficient strategies for securing the best business outcome for each matter. Executing those strategies successfully for my clients is everything to me.
