With experience in single party and class action matters as well as alternative dispute resolution, Heejoong has researched, handled discovery for, and crafted arguments involving novel issues and complex claims from a variety of industries. He drafts and prepares persuasive legal documents to successfully uphold client goals in various settings. Heejoong has taken and defended depositions of plaintiffs, adjustors, witnesses, expert witnesses, members of law enforcement, and clients.

Prior to practicing full-time, Heejoong earned exposure to various areas of the law working as an intern, extern, and clerk for media and entertainment companies, health advocacy organizations, and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
Fully bilingual in Korean and English, Heejoong served for two years as a translator with the Aviation Department of the Republic of Korea Army Logistics Command. He was also a squad commander, church worship band leader, and a counselor.
