Mary Pendarvis manages the creative strategy and development of McGlinchey’s brand across all internal and external channels and platforms. She also oversees the team that handles the firm’s marketing and communications efforts to ensure a cohesive and consistent identity and voice.
Mary supervises McGlinchey’s marketing technology and communications strategy and associated platforms, from website, blogs, and social media to CRM and email marketing, video and podcasts, communications, advertising, events, and client education.
The design, creation, implementation, and evolution of the firm’s collateral marketing materials, as well as internal and external campaigns, also fall under Mary’s purview. She has led the branding of numerous firm programs and initiatives, including Wellness Works, Uplift, McGlinchey PRIDE, #McGlincheyForward, and MELVIN, the firm’s intranet.
Playing the critical role of liaison between the MBD team and various internal administrative departments, Mary works closely with IT, recruiting and HR, office management, and others. She understands all the moving parts, teams, and programs required to achieve desired outcomes and collaborates with colleagues to build a roadmap that brings new ideas to life – beautifully.
With more than ten years of experience in legal marketing, Mary has a background in nonprofit marketing and public relations.
