Michelle Price works directly with attorneys in our consumer financial services regulatory compliance team and with clients to manage multistate licensing projects, including license applications, renewals, and annual reports.

In this role, Michelle supervises other licensing team members while working to obtain and maintain consumer finance-related licenses. When a licensing project request comes in, she assigns duties to team members, reviews documentation, supervises deadlines, and provides regular updates on project status. She prides herself on regular, effective engagement with clients and regulators alike.

With more than ten years in the industry in-house at a financial services company, Michelle provides practical insight into the nuances of the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS). She has also worked significantly with off-shore executives and employees, and the specific state licensing requirements associated with that industry.
