Nick Corwin represents financial institutions in a wide range of regulatory compliance and litigation matters. His clients span depository institutions and their affiliates, FinTechs, sales finance companies, and state licensed lenders. In particular, many of his clients come from auto and mortgage lending.
Taking a methodical approach, Nick prides himself on thorough research, thoughtful questions, and attention to detail. Whether discussing electronic vehicle titles, FinTech regulations, or earned wage access governance, Nick takes in the full scope of the issues at hand to conduct the analysis that informs his recommendations.
Prior to joining the firm full-time, Nick worked as a Summer Associate with McGlinchey. In law school, Nick served as Managing Senior Editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy. As a double major, he completed two undergraduate capstone projects related to the history and politics of insulin pricing, which explored intellectual property law issues. He co-published an article with his major professor on the topic in the Journal of Health Politics, Policy, and Law.
