Traci McCain works directly with attorneys in our consumer financial services regulatory compliance team to manage multistate licensing projects, including license renewals and annual reports.

In this role, Traci supervises other licensing team members working to obtain and maintain consumer finance-related licenses. She interfaces with clients to coordinate license applications. When a licensing project request comes in, she assigns duties to team members, reviews documentation, supervises deadlines, and provides regular updates on project status.

Before joining McGlinchey, Traci worked at the Mississippi Department of Banking and Consumer Finance for almost 30 years, beginning as a Bank Examiner and then the Director of the Mortgage Division. In this capacity, she honed her knowledge of the industry, including NMLS licensing requirements, and gained valuable insight into state regulations.
