Consumer Finance Government Affairs Panel
Read Time: 1 minMember Jeff Barringer (Albany) will lead a Government Affairs panel during McGlinchey’s 24th Annual Consumer Finance Legal Conference on October 22, 2025.
The panel will bridge the gap between legal, compliance, and government affairs teams and explore how stakeholders are addressing issues and what coordinated efforts can achieve. Among other things, the panelists will explore how the different stakeholders — business teams, in-house and outside counsel, compliance, lobbyists, and trade associations — can effectively work together during the legislative/regulatory process.
