Kim Israel Recognized as 2025 Florida Trend Legal Elite Notable Woman Leader in Law

This is the third year in a row that Kim has been recognized for this well-deserved honor.
According to Florida Trend, the Legal Elite Notable Women Leaders in Law recognizes the best in professional excellence, leadership, influence, and impact. These attorneys uphold high ethical standards and serve as role models, trailblazers, and mentors. Known for their resilience, passion, and empathy, they are recognized for thought leadership and community engagement.
Kim’s diverse legal practice focuses on complex financial services litigation, commercial litigation, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, construction litigation, and appeals throughout Florida state and federal courts. Handling jury and non-jury trials and appeals, Kim advocates for business entities, financial institutions, and individuals in general civil and commercial matters.
Highly regarded in the Jacksonville area, Kim is an active participant in its business and legal communities. She currently holds leadership roles in the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL), Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association (JWLA), and Chester Bedell American Inn of Court, and has served on the Board of the Jacksonville Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Earlier this year, Kim was named Co-Chair of the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL)’s Litigation Affinity Group, which assists women in sharing resources, networking, and connecting in the litigation realm.
Kim is Managing Member of McGlinchey’s Jacksonville office and is a leader within the firm’s Financial Services Litigation practice group. She serves on a number of firm committees, including the Diversity, Member Nomination, Operations, and Technology Committees, and previously served as a member of the firm’s Policy Committee. Kim is also the Co-Chair of Uplift, McGlinchey’s Women’s Initiative, an affinity group that she helped to rebrand and relaunch in 2021.
